In the early going this season, it doesn't appear that the Warriors will approach that record this season. Although winning their first two matches, the Warriors have not had what one would call a good day. #, Once again the Warriors will play in the Crown and Lake Forest Invitationals, along with the Fox Valley meet to be played at Crystal Woods in Woodstock. Coach Cuda is hoping that his squad, which numbers five lettermen, will snap out of it, and play the golf that they are capable of playing as the season gets underway. At present, A1 Echeroth, Mike Lawer, Joe Bauml, Jim Pepping, Joe Bellich, and Terry Remke are carrying the load for the Warriors. In talking with the dean of the McHenry coaching staff, he had confidence that the boys will come through and will have another fine season for McHenry high school.
