The Sheriff's police reponded to a domestic dispute report at the home of Eileen Kadlubowski, 32, of 1018 Oakleaf, McHenry. When they arrived, the police found that Ms. Kadlubowski's husband, Donald, had returned and a struggle had occurred. Donald Kadlubowski, 32, of Schiller Park, 111., was arrested for battery with bond set at $1,000. Daniel Noster, of 1408 Woodland parkway, Spring Grove, was rudely awakened early one morning when he found someone moving the covers on his bed. When he awoke he found a young man kneeling, and looking under his bed. The man then "casually" walked out and nothing was determined to have been taken. The Sheriff's police saw_a car crossing the center line of Route 31 several times and stopped the driver. After first giving a false name, it was discovered that Michael Troka, 24, of 3213 S. Waterview, McHenry, was driving with a revoked license. Troka was arrested for this and improper lane usage with bond set at $1,035. When Sheriff's police saw a car speeding 58 mph in a 45 zone, they found Raymond Guerin, 35, of 410 Route 120, McHenry, was driving with a suspended license. Guerin was Arrested for speeding and driving with a suspended license. Bond was set at $1,035. The Sheriff's police were also in a position to see a car driven by Donald Busch, 19, of 2810 W. Miller road, McHenry, passing in a no passing zone. Busch was cited for this infraction and a passenger in the auto, Kenneth Kazimier, 18, of 8714 Richardson road, Spring Grove, was ticketed for having open liquor in a motor vehicle. She was born Aug. 27, 1903, in Gut- tenberg, la., the daughter of Ann and George Radamacher. ^.5he was marr ied in Milwaukee. Wis. , Oct. 16, 1924, to Henry A. Worm, who survives. She lived in McHenry for the past 29 years, formerly of Chicago. In addition to her husband, four children survive: Jack Worm, William J. May, 75, of Spring Grove, died Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 8, at Woodstock Memorial hospital. He was born April 21, 1904, in Johnsburg, Minn., the son of John and Margaret (Rouand) ° May. He was married to Leola Theobald, April 20, 1927, in Stacyville, Ia., who preceded him in death July 11, 1978. He was also preceded by a sister, Hildegarde Daniel. Mr. May was a clerk and salesman at the Spring Grove Cash and Carry Lumber company for many years. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic church. Accept City Park Permits In spite of zero tem­ peratures, the City of McHenry, Department of Parks and Recreation, is now accepting reservations for picnic permits for the summer of 1980. McHenry area residents who are planning for a group picnic are encouraged to register at this time to insure a picnic site. Reservations can be made for the picnic sites at the city park (Pearl- street) or Petersen park. Picnic permits will be issued only for weekends and holidays. I he use of picnic areas during week days is on a first-come, first-serve basis. No permits will be issued for week day picnics. A deposit is required to reserve a picnic site. The deposit fee for non-residents is higher depending on group size. Reservations can be made at McHenry city hall, 1111 N. Green st.
