Members of the senior class wiil vote to determine the royal couple and their court. Among those being considered are Tarry D'Angelo and Jack Otlewis. Terry is the daughter of Marilyn and Joe D'Angelo, 1104 W. N.E. Shore drive, McHenry and is a member of Student Council, Varsity Track Team and Band. Her hobbies include running and playing tennis. Terry plans to begin studies at McHenry Community college in the Fall, with a Business major, and hopes to continue her education at Northern Illinois university. Jack enjoys skiing, both on water and snow; fishing, playing softball, football and racketball. His future plans are to attend college at Whitewater and become a pilot. Jack is the son of Harry and Donna Otlewis. Susan Bland and Tom Jablonski are the second couple. Susan enjoys snow and water skiing and travel. She is a member of Student Council and is on the newspaper staff. Her parents are Leo and Carol Bland, 5006 Dartmoor drive, McHenry. Susan will be moving to Georgia and enrolling in a school of Nursing. Tom is the son of Richard and Pat Jablonski, 1502 Court, McHenry. He likes to go camping and canoeing and his favorite sport is football. A college education is in his plans for the future. Couple number three are Anne Bazan and Jim Frantz. Anne is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Bazan, 4810 Osage road, Wonder Lake. She has been on the Pom Pon squad for three years, member of Student Council one year and, National Honor Society. Anne hopes to major in Business at Illinois State university. Jim was on both the football and baseball teams all four years of high school. He also enjoys skiing and playing pool. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Frantz, 3604 Young, McHenry. Kim Arndt and Bob Hettermann are the fourth pair. Kim is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Arndt, 1105 W. N.E. Shore drive, McHenry. She hopes to attend college and pursue a career in Fashion Merchandising. Snow and water skiing and traveling are Kim's hobbies. Bob intends to enroll in college at the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. His favorite sports are snow and water skiing. Bob's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hettermann of 2727 Regner road. The next couple are Elaine Poulos and Bruce Brda. Elaine is a member of Student Council, the newspaper staff, cheerleading and chorus. She also enjoys skiing, art and jogging Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Gus Poulos, 402 Shepherd Hill, McHenry. Enrollment in Northern Illinois university with a major in Art Design is in Elaine's future plans. Bruce is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Brda, 3712 W. Grand avenue, McHenry. His hobbies are camping and canoeing. Bruce was a member of the Varsity Wrestling team and he plans on attending Southern Illinois university in the Fall. Another couple are Susan Butler and Bart Decker. Susan has been a cheerleader all four years and her interests include travel, and outdoor activities with camping and tennis her favorites. She is the daughter of Donald and Nancy Butler, 3716 W. St. Paul street, McHenry. In the Fall, Susan hopes to attend college, majoring in Dental, Hygiene. Bart is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Decker, 7208 Niagara drive, Wonder Lake. His favorite sport is football. Bart intends to work for awhile and then study at a Junior college. Results of the final voting among the seniors will be announced Saturday night at the prom. Ronald and Marsha Tonyan of McHenry are proud to announce the birth of a son, Ronald Jr., April 11. He was born at McHenry hospital and weighed 9 lbs., 1 oz. The baby boy was welcomed home by two brothers, Dan, age 16 and 2%-year-old David and a sister, Tammy, 14.
