The topic this week is "Improving Com- municatibn".) Richard Bandler and John Grinder, two of the foremost experts on communication, have systematically studied the process of com*' munication and delineated the strategies that superior communicators utilize in order to consistantly obtain effective results. They have studied master hypnotists, effective psychotherapists and successful salesmen and executives in their efforts to gain an understanding of the ingredients which make for powerful, impactful com­ munication. In their studies, they discovered three factors which were present in the communication styles of all the people that they studied. Bandler and Grinder believe that these three factors are all that one needs in order to become a powerful com­ municator. By un­ derstanding them and then practicing them until they become part of your habitual manner of behaving, for.
