A McHenry man was taken to McHenry hospital by the McHenry Rescue squad last Thursday after he lost control of his motorcycle at the intersection of Ringwood road and Route 120. Vincent J. Rustile, of 2415 Fairview, McHenry, was treated, and released from the hospital. According to the accident report, Rustile was driving west on Route 120 when a car pulled out from the in­ tersection of Ringwood road and stopped. Rustile applied the brakes to avoid a collision and lost control of his motorcycle, which fell to the pavement. No contact was made with the auto which was driven by Kurt T. Freund, of Wood­ stock. Freund was ticketed for driving with a suspended license and failure to yield the right-of-way. In a similar collision, a car driven by Edward Lescher, of 1711 Woodlawn, McHenry, pulled out from Maple avenue onto Richmond road and was struck by another car. Lescher was taken to McHenry hospital, where he was treated and released.^ He was also ticketed teh McHenry polled for failure to yield the right-of-way. The driver of the other auto was Randall L.
