Mother** Mr die hi a,. Pub. by Wm. Morrow. N.Y.) Have a trash can and laundry basket handy so you can dispose of soiled diapers, clothing, crib sheet, and pad. While changing the bedding of a baby who is unable to turn over yet, put him in the middle of an adult bed, or more safely, on a blanket on the floor. He can do his daily calisthenics while you are at work. Around the age dfc. one, your child may suddenly ob ject to having his hair shampooed. In fact, some toddlers turn against bath- time altogether. If this oc-' curs, try to help your child overcome his fear of a sham poo or a bath by encouraging him. Let him take a plastic toy or doll in the tub or scrub while you work on his body and curls. Lather up his comb and brush at the same time so they will be clean and ready to use. A small sponge, soap crayons, and plastic bath toys are excel- letn enticements to get a hesitant child into the tub. Also, a hand mirror is quite successful in showing your daughter her new coiffure designed with shampoo bubbles. If you are blessed with a long-haired child, en courage her to comb her own hair and use a mild hair rinse after shamppoing to reduce the tangles and make the hair more manageable. Your child should help as much as possible with his bath, so that one glorious day he will be able to bathe himself. 718,564 718,564 $282.20; The Highsmith "Co., Inc.. $1,623.97: Holidav Inn East, $6,895.39; Holt, Rinehart & Winston, $809.93; Home Economics School Serv., $352.76; Lynn Horn, $142.95; Hornsbys, $632.34; Houghton Heating, $1,703.00; Houghton Mifflin Company, $17,958.26; Hubbard, $257.18; Tom Huemann, $3,052.90; Hughes, Inc., $9,492.08; H u m a n D e v e l o p m e n t Training Institute, $198.50; Hunter Septic Serv., $3,514.00; Ier-Ties, $700.00; Illinois Assn. of School Admns., $150.00; Illinois Assn. of School Boards, $1,500.80; Illinois Bell Telephone, $13,965.45; Illinois Lawn Equip., Inc.. $486.00; Illinois Municipal R e t i r e m e n t F u n d , • $65,605.70; Illinois Teacher R e t i r e m e n t S y s t e m , $ 1 2 4 , 7 9 4 . 9 2 ; I n d i a n a U n i v e r s i t v - A v C e n t e r . $314.00; Industrial Appraisal Company, $495.00; Inter Collegiate Press, Inc., $ 2 8 0 . 7 2 ; I n t e r n a t i o n a l B u s i n e s s M a c h i n e s , $4,975.21; Interstate Music Supply, $647.13; Jab- berwocky, $105.00- Lora Jacobs, $134.95; Charles J a c o b s o n , $ 2 2 2 . 0 0 ; Jamestown Publishers, $305.63; Janus Book Publishers, $111.54; Jen nifer Jarvis, $480.00; Jays Foods, Inc., $4,163.79; Hans Jensen & Son, Inc., $9,886.00; Johnsburg H.S.
