Crystal Lake Lotus Country Women Prepare For Bazaar The Lotus Country Women's club discussed final plans for the bazaar to be held at the Town Hall Saturday, Nov. 15. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be arts and crafts; needlework; a white elephant sale; bake sale; refreshments; a special booth for children and many various gift items. Members were asked to help prepare the Toyn Hall on Nov. 14. at l p.m. and also be at the hall on Saturday at 8:30 a m Everyone enjoyed the theatre and luncheon at Shady Lane recently. A short meeting was held in the Town Hall previous to leaving for Marengo and it was called to order by the president, Rosemary White. She reviewed the District 4 meeting, reporting that 83 members from clubs in neighboring towns of the District were present. Reciprocity days were announced and members were encouraged to attend. The days afford a means of g e t t i n g a c q u a i n t e d , comparing ideas, activities and events and building friendships. The Thanksgiving pot luck will be Wednesday. Nov. 19, in the Town Hall at noon. Everyone is asked to bring a dish to pass and table service.
