Christopher Ferrara and his wife Linda, moved to t Ringwood about two and one-half years ago. They have three children, David, 11; Jennie, 9; and Beth, 5. Chris works in Barrington, and Linda enjoys being a full time mother. Both enjoy the old time charm and country that Ringwood has to offer. Anna Shadle came to America with her late husband Wolf Shadle from Germany and settled in Ringwood in 1942. I'll bet she could tell us a lot about Ringwood. Anna, even at 90 years old, was still thrilled to see her name in the newspaper, we never stop being hams, right Anna? (only foolin). Anna has some news to report to all her friends in Ringwood. She said on Sunday, Jan. U, she fell in her driveway and fractured her left knee. She's had a cast on for four weeks. She says otherwise she is fine and wants to say hello to everyone here at home. We all hope you're feeling better too Anna! SYMPATHY With much heart felt sadness the people of Ringwood will miss Delores Malsch, known to all as "Dolly". Dolly passed away Feb. 7 She lived in Ringwood for 40 years and is the daughter of Mm. Skidmore, a longtime and still, a resident of Ringwood today. Condolences from all of us to the Malsch family. \ VISITORS Paul and Althea Walkington had out of town guests, some of you might remember. The Pastor Charles and wife Martha Stephens visited their home this past weekend. Pastor Stephens was the pastor of the Ringwood church from 1948 through I960: he now is superintendent of schools in Springfield, Ohio. The Stephens wish to say "hello" to all their old friends in Ringwood. U.M.Y. TUBING The United Methodist Youth group, which consists of Ringwood and Greenwood members, held their tubing party with great success. There was a turnout of 24 youths and adults. The kids really enjoyed themselves as the parents supervised.
