PATRICIA REEVES AND RICHARD ADAMS The Senior class of McHenry Community high school has chosen six Couplet from among its membership to be considered for the coveted positions of king and queen of the prom. Members of the Senior class will vote to determine the royal couple and their court. Among those being judged are Lori Knaack and Jeff McNish. Lori is the daughter of Mrs. Mary Ann Knaack of McHenry. The class president during her Freshman. Sophomore and Junior years, she is a member of the National Honor Society, and the cheerleading squad, and plays softball. Jeff, the son of Jack and Sharon McNish, 380C Clover avenue, McHenry, plays football and baseball, and enjoys skiing. Lorene Barbara Bianchi and Chris Freund are the second couple. Lorene is the daughter of Thomas and Barbara Molidor, 415 Mineral Springs drive, McHenry. She is a member of the Pom Pon squad. Chris is the son of Paul and Joan Freund, 3215 W. Fairway drive. McHenry. He belongs to the National Honor Society and his' hobbies include softball and basketball. Couple number three are Mary Lou Redmond and David D'Angelo. Mary Lou is the daughter of JoAnn and William Lee, 7607 Beach road. Wonder Lake. She was the class vice-president during her Junior year and is currently the Senior class president. Mary Lou is a member of the Drama club. International club. National Honor Society, Pep club and Student Council. She enjoys playing badminton. David is the son of Joseph and Marilyn D'Angelo, Jr., 1104 W. Northeast Shore drive. McHenry. He is on the football and track teams, belongs to the National Honor Society, is the JULIE MAUER AND BRIAN WRONA Student Council vice-president and was chosen for Boys' State. The next couple are Karen D. Strohman and Bob Bryniarski. Karen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Loren Strohman, 3507 W. Shepherd Hill, McHenry. She is a cheerleader, member of the band and chorus, and has been enrolled in the National Honor Society for two years. Karen plans to attend the University of Illinois and major in Communications. Bob Bryniarski, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Bryniarski. 3009 W. Route 120. McHenry, plays baseball and basketball, and is a member of the National Honor Society. The fifth couple are Patricia J. Reeves and Richard Adams, II. Patricia is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. T. P. White, 1011 S. Lily Lake road, McHenry. She is a two- year member of the National Honor Society and participates in the chorus and Ski club. Her future plans include attending the University of Illinois, majoring in Political Science. Richard is the son of Richard and Rita Adams. 1918 Lincoln road, McHenry. His interests include skiing and softball. Richard was an Illinois State scholar, is president of the Student Council and belongs to the National Honor Socie'ty. Another couple are Julie Marie Mauer and Brian Wrona. Julie is the daughter of Ronald and Eileen Mauer of McHenry and is a member of the Pom Pon squad. Brian is the son of Thomas and Patricia Wrona, 1104 Bay road, McHenry. His favorite sports are wrestling and tennis, and he is a member of the National Honor Society.
