"I am currently vice president of my 4-H club and I've held two other club offices. A few of my most active projects are beef for nine years, swine for four years and field crops for two years. "I am enrolled in seven different project areas this year. I have been actively involved in the 4-H Federation for four years and hold the offices of treasurer and recreation chairman." GARY PAYNE, 17, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Payne of Woodstock, is a nine-year member of the Clever Clovers 4-H Club. "4-H has meant much to me throughout my nine years as a mem­ ber.
