THE IRRESISTIBLE NO-BAKE PIE Looking for a great dessert recipe in the no-bake cate gory? As creative a baker as you may be, this Raspberry- Nectarine Pie will add to your reputation and pleasurable eating, too. It's a light, refreshing menu-completing treat that makes the most of seasonal fruit -- fresh nectarines. Somehow it makes any family or company occasion that much more special. Talk about a fluffy pie filling! A lus cious mixture combines thawed frozen whipped topping with prepared raspberry flavor gelatin and, of course, chopped fresh nectarines. Chilled in a pie shell for about two hours, the filling is ready for fresh sliced nectarine garnish before serving. Happily, this recipe uses a com plete 8-oz. container of thawed frozen whipped topping. That's reason enough to bring home a 16-oz. container of frozen whipped topping on your next marketing trip. The best of bakers rely on a staple that enhances a variety of seasonal fruit recipes.
