The bride is the former Jane BeGuhl, daughter of Donald and Elaine BeGuhl, 219 Downy drive, Kan- sasville^Wis. Duane and Doris Ahdreas, 3920 N. Hillcrest, McHenry, are the parents of the bridegroom. The 3:30 p.m. solem­ nization was performed by the Reverend Martin Mueller, Sr. on Oct. 9, in St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran church, Water- ford, Wis. Special background music included "Wedding Song", "We've Only Just Begun" and "The Lord's Prayer". The church was t>eautifully decorated with ytwo sweeping, L-shaped arrangements of multi­ colored and white flowers at the altar; flower clusters and ferns gracing the pews; and softly lit by kerosene lanterns in the windows. The bride wore a strapless bridal gown of white crystal organza over ivory bridal satin, accented with venice and silk lace. The fitted bodice was coverd with lace and enhanced at the jwaistline with a lilac satin ash Lace edged the emline, flowing to the at- ached train. The strapless fantasy was highlighted with a removable bolero jacket, embellished with guipure and venice lace, fashioned with long, tapered sleeves. Her head was adorned with a candlelight colored Princess Eugene hat, covered with sea pearls and accented on one side with two large silk roses, securing a poof veil of silk illusion, with a blusher. She carried a light and airy, free-form bouquet of white butterfly orchids, white sweetheart roses and variegated ivy. The honor attendants were twin sisters of the bride, JoAnn and EUAnn BeGuhl of Kansasville. Honor attendants were attired in ^orchid, floor length, empire waist gowns of polyester knit with shirred bodices, full skirts and spaghetti straps. The removable, short-sleeved jackets were adorned with embroidered lace on English netting. Bridesmaids wore identical gowns in seaspray, maize and apricot. Their head pieces were a half halo of multi-colored flowers with silk streamers matching the gowns. They all carried free-form bouquets with natural stems of multi­ colored carnations, white starburst chrysanthemums and green ivy. The flower girl was a friend of the bride, Jessica Leonhardt of Kansasville. She was similarly attired to the attendants, in blue, and carried a basket effect bouquet with velvet ribbon, multi-colored flowers and ivy. Handling the duties of best man were the groom's brothers. Dirk an Dana Andreas of Mc.Henry. Groomsmen were the bride's brother. Russell BeGuhl of Kansasville; a college friend of the groom, John Mertens of Minnesota; and a grade school friend of the groom, Tom Cahill of McHenry. Ushers were friends of the -grt>dtn, Jim Bennett of Wonder Lake, 111. and Paul LaBlanc of Crystal Lake, 111. The mother of the bride chose a smokey blue, floor length gown with chiffon sleeves, lace bodice and matching sleeveless lace jacket. A burgundy floor length gown with matching chiffon covering the bodice and extending into long full sleeves, accented with a pearl and gold pin at the waistline, was the choice of the groom's mother. Eddie s Ballroom in Twin Lakes, Wis. was the setting for a dinner served to 300 friends and relatives, followed by a reception for an additional 500 guests. The newlyweds will make their home at 1020 W. Mc- Neese street, Lake Charles, La. The bride, a current college student, received an associate^degree from Gateway Technical in Kenosha, Wis. The groom received an electrical engineering degree in May from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Milwaukee, Wis. and is presently a field engineer for Dresser Atlas in Lake Charles. MR. AND MRS. FRANK DOWELL St. Peter's church in Spring Grove, 111. was the setting for the Oct. 10 ex­ change of promiS£*~"'of marriage between the former Diane Stanek and Frank Dowell. Father John Kilduff officiated at the 2 p.m. nuptials before an altar decorated with white car­ nations. Appropriate musical selections were performed by Pet Thelen. The bride is the daughter of Wencil and Joanne Stanek, 303 James road, Spring Grove. Glenn and Lois Dowell, Route 1, Box 274, Trevor, Wis., are the parents of the bridegroom. The bride wore a white sheer organza gown featuring a chantilly lace bodice and Queen Anne neckline. The bishop sleeves echoed the chantilly lace treatment. An Austrian gathered organza apron fell from the empire waist, over a double chantilly flounce. The edge of the apron was trimmed with chantilly lace. Her head piece was a venice profile cap, caught with a silk venice mantilla. Sh£ carried a bouquet of white carnations, stephanotis and baby's breath. Attending the bride were Patty Cukla of Twin Lakes, Wis.; Carol Busch of Spring Grove and the groom's sister, Mary Lou Dowell of Trevor, Wis. j Attendants were attired in floor length gowns of violet Wayne Gaylord Photography qiana, styled with spaghetti straps and a pleated skirt. A short chiffon cape with split sleeves, accented with small ties at the shoulder, com­ pleted the look. They carried white carnations tipped in lavender, small lavender lilies, pink flowers and purple statis, graced with baby's breath. Serving the groom as best man and groomsmen were Bill Werner of McHenry, Donny Tritz of Genoa City, Wis. and the bride's brother, Steve Stanek of Spring Grove. The mother of the bride chose a floor length qiana gown in mint green and her flowers were mint green tipped roses with baby's breath. A coral, floor length, silky material gown was the choice of the groom's , mother. Her flowers were coral tipped roses with baby's breath. A reception for 200 friends and relatives was held in the basement hall of the church. Upon their return from a honeymoon in Georgip, the newlyweds will reside in Woodstock. The new Mrs. Dowell graduated from Richmond- Burton high school in 1978 and is currently a secretary at the Fox Lake State bank. Her husband, a 1976=, graduate of Wilmot high school is a self-employed horseshoer.
