Kempiners, director of the Illinois Department of Public Health, has announced that the deadline for filing school entry forms for the annual Children's Dental Health Poster contest is Nov. 30. "The contcst", he said, "is open to fourth-grade students in all public, private and parochial schools throughout the state." The theme of this year's contest is "Dental Health is for Everyone." Final judging and an­ nouncement of the three statewide winners will take place during February, which is Children's Dental Health month. First-place winner will receive a bicycle. A $50 savings bond will be awarded for second place, and a $25 bond will be given to the third-place winner.
