Re move tea bags. Combine wine and sugar in saucepan; stir and heat until sugar dissolves. Pour tea into hot wine; keep warm. Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff but not diy. Tlirn into punch bowl. Beat egg yolks until thick and pale yellow; fold into egg whites. Gradually stir hot wine mixture into eggs. Heat brandy and add to punch. Float apples in wassail bowl before serving.
