The total estimated cost of the wastewater collection system is $2,000,000. The estimated average monthly sewer user charge for sanitary sewer system operation and m a i n t e n a n c e p l u s replacement and debt service is $10 per month per residential customer. The regional plant would also provide treatment for septage from private septic tank systems in surrounding unsewered areas of east central McHenry County and for sanitary wastes from recreational boats on the Fox River. The total estimated cost of the first phase of a regional wastewater treatment plant to serve 2,500 population equivalent in the McHenry Shores sewer service area is $1,000,000. The estimated average monthly sewer user charge for treatment plant operation and maintenance plus replacement and debt service is $20 per month per residential customer. The facilities plan report will be available for puDlic inspection at the Village Hall, 3215 West Beach Drive, McHenry Shores, Illinois, on and after February 1, 1982.
