Rachel Shelton -- Miss Richmond is the daughter of Cheryl and Loyd Shelton. She is 18, has brown hair and hasel eyes, and is sponsored by the Richmond Lioness Club. Continuing her job at Intermatic Inc., Spring Grove, and taking general courses at McHenry County College, Shelton says, "I have a special concern for elderly peo­ ple.
