Dorsey, 73, of McHenry, died Saturday, Aug. 14, at McHenry hoapital. He was bom Feb. 21,1900, in Benedict, Nebr., the son of Orton and May (MacFarland) Dorsey. Mr. Dorsey was a 34-year reaident of the McHenry area; belonged to the Church of St. Mary of the Aaaumption, McHenry; and had been proprietor of the Sinclair-Arco Gas station at Western and Rosemont over 40 years. Surviving are his wife Genevieve, nee Losch, whom he married Aug. 9, 1948, in Chicago; two sons, Donald of Rockford and Michael of McHenry; 7 grandchildren; and two great­ grandchildren. Other survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Alta Cavanaugh and Mrs. Betty McClintock, both of Clinton, Iowa; and three brothers, Orville of Clinton, Benjamin of Hoffman Estates, 111. and Thomas of Roaelle, N. Mex. He was preceded in death by both parenta, three brothers and one sister. Funeral services were held at 10:20 a m Tuesday, at the George R. Juaten A Son funeral home, with Father Schott of St. Mary's church officiating and interment in St. Boniface cemetery, Chicago. Memorials would be appreciated to the American Cancer Society or the McHenry Area Rescue Squad. MINNIE OTTMAN Minnie L. Ottman, nee Baum, 78 years old, a West Lake County reaident for the paat 26 years and former reaident of Maywood, 111., died at Woodstock Residence, Woodstock, Saturday morning, Aug. 14. She waa born in Germany March 18, 1604; came to the United States at the age of 16. Mrs. Ottman was a member of the McHenry Senior Cttiiena club. Surviving are her husband Paul G. Ottman, whom she married at Forest Park, 111. on May 26,1686; three sons, Harry and Robert of McHenry and Richard of Canada; two grandma and one granddaughter. Alao, two nephews, two nieces and two cousins. She wss preceded in dsath by brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the K. K. Lockwood, 84, of McHenry, died Friday, Aug. 13, at Royal Terrace, McHenry. She was born June 13, 1868, in Chicago. A 20-year reeident of the McHenry area, Mrs. Lockwood had been a member of St. Patrick's Catholic church, McHenry; the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 481; and was a Gold Star Mother. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Otto (Virginia) Probet of Des Moines; a sister-in-law Charlotte Soda of McHenry; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in deeth by two sons, Richard Soda, Sr. in 1969 and Mike Soda.
