Sweet Potato Secrets 1 c cold mashed sweet potatoes 1 T milk Salt and Pepper 1 t baking powder 12 marshmallows Fine dry bread crumbs 2 eggs beaten Beat potatoes with a little hot milk until they are fluffy but not too soft. Mix in baking powder and seasoning. Form 2 tablespoons of potato mixture around each marshm allow. Roll in bread crumbs, then in egg which has been diluted with milk, then in bread crumbs.
