Set to appear as guests on the special are Tony Randall, Erik Estra da, Ann Reinking, Allison Smith, who just concluded her run playing "Annie" on Broadway, and Andrea McArdle, who originated the "Annie" role. EYE WITNESS -- "Wit ness for the Prosecution," based on the classic Aga tha Christie suspense drama, will be filmed in England this fall for broad cast later this year as a CBS "Hallmark Hall of Fame" presentation. John Gay has written the screen play, based on Miss Chris tie's drama, which won the New York Drama Critics Award in 1955 as best for eign play of that Broadway season. HOTLINE FLASH -- Lynda Carter, who used to be TV's Wonder Woman, will star in "Hotline," an upcoming CBS-TV movie. She'll play a struggling artist, whose part-time job as a crisis-intervention counselor makes her the object of threatening phone calls.
