Parent-Teacher Conferences At Johnsburg Junior High Johnsburg Junior high school has scheduled parent-teacher con­ ferences for the week of Nov. 15 through Nov. 19. Specific days and times set aside for conferences during that week are Wednesday, Nov. 17 from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 18, from 6 to 9 p.m., and Friday, Nov. 19, from 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. Students will not attend school Wednesday afternoon Nov. 17, Thursday afternoon, Nov. 18, and Friday, Nov. 19. Parent-teacher conferences are held to discuss students' educational progress. Parents are to call the school for an appointment starting Monday, Nov. 8, through Monday, Nov. 15, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. A conference between a student's parents and his teachers is considered very important in helping the'student get the best possible education to meet his individual needs. The parent can share such things as student's at­ titude, health, family relationship, interests and social factors.
