These foster homes would gratefully accept donations of cat food and litter, to help defer the costs of caring for these kittens until permanent homes can be found. All pet adoptions must be validated by the signing of a contract, along with the adoption fee which includes the cost of the spay of neuter surgery from a vet of Heiping Paws' choice, or a deduction from the cost of the surgery if done by a vet of your choice.
