Open House Planned At Nevyr Mental Health Location An open house will be held Wed­ nesday, Dec. 8, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the new Crystal Lake location of the Family Service & Community Mental Health Center for McHenry County, 457 Coventry lane, in the Coventry Green office complex. The oublic is invited to attend to meet the staff and to learn more about the center and its services. Family Service & Community Mental Health center, in existence for ova- 22 years, has had an office in the Crystal Lake area for 10 years. Other offices are located throughout the county in McHenry,- 'Woodstock, Marengo and Harvard. Call the Crystal Lake office at 455-4900 for directions. The Child & Adolescent program of the center, which is based in the Crystal Lake office, offers com­ prehensive psychological services to the community. The professional staff, composed of a board certified psychiatrist, psychologists, psychiatric social workers, and a psychiatric nurse, all specialize in services to youth and their families. They employ a coordinated team approach that involves the schools, churches, and other systems that the family Deiongs to, in order to provide quality services to the clients and to the community. Divinity School Student Speaks At Church Sunday On Sunday evening, Dec. 5, at 6 p.m. Bible Fellowship hour at the Wonder Lake Bible church, the guest speaker will be Randy Anderson, a student of Trinity Evangelical Divinity school in Deerfield. This will be the first op­ portunity that Randy's family will have to hear him preach. Randy's parents are the Rev. and Mrs. Marvin Anderson, missionaries to the Carrier Indians in northern British Columbia. Also present will be Randy's brother, Doug, and his wife, Sherrie, who are also missionaries to the Carrier Indians. The public is invited to attend this service as they are all services and activities at the church. A special invitation is issued to friends of Randy, Doug and Sherrie. The McHenry County Defenders' recycling drives scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 4 and 18, will be held in the parking lot of McHenry high school West campus, 4724 Crystal Lake road, instead of their usual location in the McHenry Market Place.
