Fact: Bone deterioration, or osteoporosis, begins as early as 25 or 30 years old. Osteoporosis is a condition that makes bones brittle, weak and subject to sudden fracture. It affects about 50 percent of women 60 yean and older. Maintaining adequate calcium intake is a lifetime iwcessity. If your diet doesn't supply enough calcium, your body steals what it needs from your bones. Many doctors are now urging women to maintain adequate calcium intake throughout their lives. Since few women get their recommended daily allowance of calcium through their diet, they're taking calciunTsupplements. Consult your physician about calcium needs. Individual " requirements may vary due to diet, exercise, physiology, age aiid otter factors. FANTASY FARM CHILD CARE STARTING JUNE 6TN •IRLS CAMP AGES /, n • Hiking • Swimming •Rec.
