A great deal of time and effort is expended by several of our dedicated volunteers, but their satisfaction in knowing they have really helped seems to keep them working on and on. On the other hand, we have thoughtful, generous contributors. One woman, for example, reorganizing her kitchen, decided she had many grocery items she did not need. So, adding much to this collection, she brought in two large boxes of very welcome items. We were able last month to help a burned out family in need of every household item. But th;s wiped out our inventory. Now, once again, we have a request for everything needed in a household from furniture and bedding to pots and pans. Can you help? If so, call FISH, 385-0258. The need is great. Last week, we were able to furnish a bed to a pregnant woman who was sleeping on the floor. At present we have no storage facilities. For six months we were given professional storage space, but this space is now needed by the owner. We would be very grateful to find some area - part of a garage for in stance - that we could use to store donated articles until needed. Once again, can you help?
