Eighteen McHenry area teams are entered in the-32-team classic, with ball club6 representing every league in McHenry, plus squads hailing from Woodstock, Cary, Algonquin, Elgin, St. Charles, Schaumburg, Mt. Prospect, Rolling Meadows and Chicago. Tournament favorites include last year's champs, Mt. Prospect's Plympic Torch Sports (The Jokers) ana the runner-up, McHenry's Fox Hole Tap. Other top clubs will be the host team, the Rusty Nail Inn, plus the West End Pub, also of McHenry. Games will commence at 6:30 p.m. Friday with five games scheduled. On Saturday, the remaining first round games will continue starting at 9 a.m. Second round winners and losers brackets will complete Saturday eveninig's schedule. Oak Park jumped out in front with five runs in the first inning with the big hits coming from Judy Wiley, Gina Jerberg and Kim Weber. In the second inning, Oak Park added three runs on a two-run double by Sandy Rohrer and a RBI hit from Clnd> Holtdorf. Oak Park was led by Rohrer who went three-for-three a two RBI's and two runs scored. Judy Wiley and Kim Weber each added two hits and Meg Redshaw added two RBI's.
