Mayor Carl Wehde said he felt "very comfortable" with the resolution. Councilman Harry Dillon, who voted against the resolution along with Roger Dreher, said the resolution's statements were largely unsubstantiated, and that he would feel more comfortable with the resolution if the city's staff would have had time to back up the statements with testimony.
