Wolf, Demund Lef fe lman and Men's club to help in recycling Co-sponsoring the McHenry County Defender recycling drive Saturday, Nov. 19, will be the United Methodist Men of the Lake-in- the-Hills Church, 1319 Monroe Street. These drives which are held on the first and third Saturdays of each month will continue at their present location - - tne West C a m p u s o f McHenry Community High School, 4724 West Crystal Lake Road. From 9 a.m. to 1 D.m. In addition to h e l p i n g t h e participating groups, bringing 100 percent aluminum cans to the drive is a good way to earn money for those Christmas presents waiting to be purchased. These cans, if clean and crushd, will net the bringer 36 cents per pound. Uncrusned cans of the same kind will be bought for 34 cents per pound. W i l k i n s w a s nominated by the mayor to fill the vacancy on the Zoning board. Both nominations were accepted. Jewelry stolen from a home in the City of McHenry was recovered by members of the McHenry County Sheriff's Department, assisted by the Crystal Lake Police Department.
