Helpful hints.... ...If a recipe calls for mayonnaise or salad dressing, use yogurt instead. It's just as creamy, and not only adds a nice tart flavor to the recipe but saves a lot of calories. ...For cream that will not whip, add an egg white and chill. Try whipping again. ...Remember that 1 cup of cheese equals 4 oz. This means that 4 cups equals 1 lb. ...Save old milk cartons for making ice packs. Simply fill the carton with water almost to the top (must allow for expansion of water when it freezes) and freeze. Use in styrofoam coolers to chill beverages and foods. Saves the mess of individual ice cubes and the expense. HerbaL tea fact To help clear up confusing and conflicting in formation on herbal teas, here is an answer to a frequently asked question. What actually are herbal teas? Herbal teas are made with all-natural ingredients that come from the leaves, flowers, bark, seeds, stems and roots of plants. Many of these ingredients are the same spices and herbs found on the kitchen shelf. WARSAWINN 217 N. Rt. 31, McHenry. (1 Mi.
