The resolution gover­ ning the brush pickup policy of the City is as follows: THE FOLLOWING POLICY GUIDELINES WILL BE FOLLOWED BY City personnel engaged in brush and tree limb pickup operations, it being understood, however, that clear emergency situations may arise which will justify a departure from these guidelines: 1. Brush and tree limbs shall not ex­ ceed four inches in diameter nor five feet in length and shall be neatly placed, in accessible locations of compact piles at curbside or two feet from the edge of the pavement where there are no curbs by 7:00 AM on the first Monday of the mon­ th. 2.
