The transportation committee of the McHenry County Board announces, that in co-operation with Kane County, the entire length of Randall Road from Dartmoor Drive in Crystal Lake to Aurora has been made a freeway. This designation allows the Kane and McHenry County Boards to control any new ac cess to Randall Road from abutting property. Access control will preserve the road as an arterial route and facilitate the movement of traffic. This action by the two county boards has particular significance with the an nouncement that construction of a new interchange with Randall Road and the Northwest Tollway will start in 1986. The county board's transportation committee was instrumental in promoting the new interchange and supplying planning and transportation data, which helped determine that the in terchange would be a financially viable project. The construction of the Randall road tollway in terchange should have the effect of relieving some of the Illinois Route 31 traffic congestion south of Crystal Lake, particularly at the intersection of Routes 31 and 62 in Algonquin. r i Schnapps never tasted so cool $1.50 Cool Cash Refund when you try Dr. McGillicuddy's Cool Mentholmint Schnapps.
