A similar program was presented at the McHenry Chamber of Commerce trade fair at the end of March. Dee pudelier, dietitian, and her staff, organized the presentation at the Crystal Point Mall's health fair. The theme stressed the importance of good nutrition as an integral p£rt of each day's food selection. Pat Beard, director of education, will prepare a display for a Fitness Fair at McHenry County College in mid- April, the McHenry County Fair August 1-5 and the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce's Business Show­ case in mid-September. Mrs. Beard said the various presentations will focus on patient and public education.
