Green St., McHenry. The theme for the week will be "Jesus Is My Answer," based on the parables of Jesus. Emphasis will be placed at applying the meaning of these familiar parables to the students' daily lives. Bible School will begin Monday, June 25 and conclude Friday, June 29, with classes being held daily from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Classes are open to all students ages three through eighth grade. Everyone volunteered their services without having to be coaxed and she is certain with their attitude it will have to be a very enthusiastic week. In an effort to provide more personalized attention, each group will be limited to 15-18 children. They will enjoy Bible study, singing, recreation and nutritional snacks. Crafts will be geared to the capabilities of each unit's age level and they will be able to take their projects home with them. Special outdoor activities will be led by Howard Ott and Margey Schweitzer, with helpers Colleen Campbell, Carol Franklin and Darlene Neuman. For the convenience of volunteer mothers, youngsters will be carefully watched over by nursery personnel, Cathy Neiss, Sherri Sitz, Carolyn Lawson, Connie Van Treeck, Carol Mueller, Rene May; Robin Steinman and Nora Brown. The kitchen will be manned by Carol Sproull, Dorothy Ott and Jean Soling; and music sessions will be led by Sally Manktelow, Mil Albrecht and Julie JessuD. These classes will be open to children in the community, and registrations are currently being taken by calling the church office at 385-4030.
