The Friday meeting represents a change from the usual summer format of Thursday meetings. There will be a short ride prior to the meeting, leaving from the college parking lot a 6 p.m. This will be a leisurely ride of 10 miles. Room location of the meeting has been changed to Room 241. Visitors and interested bikers are invited to attend. McHenry County Bicycle Club membership has soared to an all-time high of 288 members. \ Rides are held several times a week during the summer, and are geared to a wide range of hiking ability. Mileage ranges from six miles to 100 miles. There are various types of rides, from races to potluck rides, metric centuries to pizza rides. A.
