Free vocal recital set Michael John ZegaraH will present a Senior Vocal recital at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 22 at Bethany Lutheran Church, 78 W. Crystal Lake Ave. in Crystal Lake. Zegarski, son of Ron and Dorothy Zegarski, is a resident of Crystal Lake and a recent graduate of Marian Central Catholic High School in Woodstock. The program will consist of works from: Handel, Caldara, Mozart, Bach, Schubert, Schumann, and selections from well known musicals such as "Hello Dolly", "Lost in the Stars", and "South Pacific". Others joining him in recital are, Trida Scroggins, Elgin; Susan Granger, McHenry; Robert Vos, Crystal Lake; and Mrs. Diane Koenig, Crystal Lake, his accompanist. Zegarski has been active in Swing choir, Madrigals, Modern Music Masers Honor Society school plays and has held leading roles in several school and community frfuidcals. His musical training ̂ consists of vocal studies with Marie Ann Vos, and piano with Diane Koenig. The recital will be free and open to the public.
