Walt and Doris Low and the John Granaths of McHenry spent the weekend at Lake Mason, Wis. Also a cool and wet one. Saturday afternoon the girls did get to sit in the sun for a couple of hours before it turned too cool. The guys did catch a few fish, so it wasn't a complete lost weekend, but there would have been more fish it jt hadn't rained. The Paul Wallpngtons spent a long weeken^Tat their Legend Lake retreat in Wisconsin. A nice relaxing time.^ IN SESSION AGAIN School is back in session after this long Labor Day weekend, the students'first legal holiday off since school started August 27. 'Twas a cool morning for the children and all were seen wearing jackets to the buses. Folks, remember they still are not in the habit of crossing for that school bus, etc., so drive carefully and with an extra Watchful way about you. The next legal holiday for the suidents will be Thanksgiving break, Nov. 22-25. CHOIR PRACTICE The Ringwood Church Choir started practice for the fall season Thursday, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m. at the Ringwood church.
