For those not familiar with the AWANA clubs, they are open to youths from any faith or church, with a curriculum consisting of games, an achievement program and council time (singing and Bible stories). There is a 50 cents charge for dues, to cover gymnasium rental, treats, awards and supplies. Talk to anyone who has a child in AWANA, and they will highly recommend it. Ask the children who attend AWANA and they'll tell you how much they enjoy it. The best way to see if you and your child are interested, is to go to one of the meetings.
