Each month, a new shopping list is handed out with special items for that month, along with the regular items such as meats, poultry, fish, fruits, Vtegetables and nuts. You may Obtain order blanks from the school or from someone who has a student in the school. DR. JONES TO RETIRE ; After 10 years as the superintendent of Harrison School, Df. Ray Jones has an nounced that he will be retiring this coming August. Not only will the Students and parents of the school be saddened by his leaving, but also, the whole community. He has. definitely been an asset to Wonder Lake and we will all miss him. HALLOWEEN PARTY The American Legion Auxiliary of Post 1169 will be hosting its annual Halloween party for children up to the age of 12, at the American Legion building, 4117 E. Wonder Lake Road, Sunday, Oct. 28, from 1 to 3 p.m. Frizes will be awarded for costumes in different- age groups; and refreshments will be served. This is for all children In the community, not just legion members, so plan on bringing your children for a fun afternoon and safe celebration of the holiday.
