Trenkler, 58, o f Crystal Lake, died Friday, Oct. 19, 1984, in Sherman Hospital, Elgin, HI. She Was born Sept. 3, 1926, in Bellwood, 111. the daughter of Alfons and Margaret • (Keller) Schroeder. On June 24,1944, she married Robert Trenkler, who preceded her in death Aug. 17,1982. . A member of Immanuel Lutheran Church; Crystal Lake, Mrs. Trenkler was a former employee of Oak Mfg. Co., Crystal Lake, and Richardson's Co., Melrose Park. Surviving are a son Robert, Jr. of Crystal Lake; a daughter, Carol Watgen of McHenry; her mother, in Elmhurst, 111. four grandchildren ; two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Margaret) Swanson of Elmhurst and the. Rev. Kenneth (Mrs. Evelyn) Felice of Ben- sen ville, n. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her father, and a son Lloyd. Friends called from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Querhammer Funeral Home, Crystal Lake. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Immanual church, with interment in Oakridge Cemetery, Hillside, m. Katie Boettcher Katie Ann Boettcher, three months old, of McHenry, died Thursday, Oct. 18, in Northern Illinois Medical Center. She was born July 8, 1984 in Memorial Hospital for McHenry County, Woodstock, the daughter of Kenneth and Paula (Schwartz) Boettcher. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother Brad and two sisters, Melissa and Jill, all at home; maternal grand­ parents, Mrs. Shirley Skelton of New Holstein, Wis., and John Schwartz of Wauconda.; and paternal grandparents, William and Helen (Leland) Boettcher. Also, maternal great- grandparents, Virgil and Doris Fogo of Richland Center, Wis., and Franklin and Sonjia Sch­ wartz of Minoqua, Wis.; and paternal great-grandparents, Ted and Marian Boettcher of Burlington, Wis. Visitation was held Friday in the George R. Justen & Son Funeral Home. Graveside services were conducted Saturday in St. Mary's cemetery with Father James Gaynor officiating. John Hanson John "Peter" Hanson, 19, of Algonquin, died Friday, Oct. 19, 1984, in Sherman Hospital, Elgin, 111. He was born Mar. 2, 1966, in Woodstock, the son of Carl and Arlene (Rydquist) Hanson. A 1983 graduate of Crystal Lake Central High School, Mr. Hanson was a part owner and operator of McHenry County Sealers.- Surviving are his mother and father; step-father, James Gibson; maternal grandmother, Florence Rydquist of Crystal Lake; paternal grandmother, Aina Hanson of Crystal Lake; a brother Karl .Hanson of Algonquin; and three sisters, Mrs. Timothy (Jessica) McGouern of Westwood, Kans., Holly Hanson of McHenry and Brenda Hanson of Helena, Mont. He was preceded in death by his grandfather. Funeral services were held at 11 a m. Monday in St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Crystal Lake. Visitation was Sunday at the Querhammer Funeral Home, Crystal Lake and in­ terment was in Crystal Lake Memorial Park. - Memorials given in his name to the family would be ap­ preciated. Richard F. Nethaway Richard F. Nethaway died Sunday, Oct. 21, 1984, in Nor­ thern Illinois Medical Center. He was born Aug. 21, 1928 in Lansing, Mich., the son of Frank and Zelma (Smith) Nethaway. Mr. Nethaway was a resident of the McHenry area many years; former owner of McHenry Printing and currently employed by TSR Inc., Lake Geneva since July, 1984. A WW n army veteran, he belonged to McHenry Lions Club, Johnsburg Community Club, McHenry Moose Lodge, and was a member and past director of the McHenry Chamber of Com­ merce. Surviving are his wife Marlene (Sheridan) whom he married Oct. 14, 1961, in Park Ridge, 111.; two sons, Steven and William, both at home; and his mother Zelma of Mason, Mich. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother Wilfred. Saturday in St. Mary's cemetery with Father James Gaynor Visitation was from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the George R. Justen & Son Funeral Home, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Thomas Lowery of the First United Methodist Church, with interment in Windridge Cemetery, Cary.
