Lt. governor announces poster contest • Lieutenant Governor George H. Ryan encourages youngesters through age 16 to enter the "Health Through Friendship" poster contest being coordinated in part through his office. The contest, aimed at promoting an awareness of friendship in preventing the abuse of alcohol, other drugs, or tobacco among youths, is being held in recognition of 1985 as "International Youth Year."
