All offices and facilities will be closed Christmas Day, .Tuesday, Dec. 25, and will reopen Wed­ nesday, Dec. 26. They will be closed New Year's Day, Tuesday, Jan. 1, and will resume business Wednesday, Jan. 2. Edgar also reminded motor vehicle owners with license plates expiring in December to buy^iheir renewal stickers or new plates at a Secretary of State facility or financial in­ stitution. It is now too late to send ap­ plications by mail and receive stickers or plates before the Dec. 31 expiration date.
