Fitness evaluation available Doug Neushwander, fitness specialist at the Lake Region YMCA, has announced a special fitness evaluation program. Neushwander reports that individuals need guidelines when starting a fitness program. The fitness evaluation gives the individual a plan that he or she can use to guide them to a higher fitness level at their convenience. The evaluation takes 30 minutes and tests individuals in flexibility, body fat, muscle strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Appointments must be made with Neushwander to take the evaluation .
