A certified alcoholism counselor with ad- minstrative a and supervisory experience, lowers will supervise the planning, organisation, direction,' coor­ dination and evaluation of the clinical program. ELMORE RE-ELECTED Crystal Lake architect Mark Elmore has been elected to a second term as President of the Illinois Solar Energy Association, Inc. Elmore is well known in McHenry County for his king-time involvement in conservation projects.
