Deaths Eugene A. Freeman- Eugene A. Freeman, 59, of IngleBide, 111., died Sunday, March 17, 1985, in Northern Illinois Medical Center, McHepry. He was born in Tennessee May 30,1925, the son of Eugene and Margaret (Panzer) Freeman. A resident of Ingleside the past two years, formerly of Chicago, Mr. Freeman had been a machinist most of his life; recently employed at Williams Mfg. Co., Elgin, 111. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, McHenry. Surviving are his wife Carol (Ellis) whom he married in Chicago Dec. 6, 1975; three daughters, Becky Canfield of Elsie A. Reiker -- Elsie A. Reiker, 91, of Durand, HI. died Friday, March 15,1985, in the Medinah Nursing Home, Durand. She was born in Illinois May 17, 1893, the daughter of Charles and Anna (Grothman) Weineke. . * •/ . Mrs. Reiker had been a long time resident of McHenry; was a member of the First United Methodist Church, McHenry; past matron and 50-year member of the Order of Eastern Star, McHenry Chapter 547; and Royal Neighbors of America Riverview Camp 6818. Surviving are several nieces and nephews; and dear friends, Ingleside, Joy Freeman of California and Faith Freeman of Chicago; five sons, Paid Can- field of Carpentersville, 111., Peter Canfield of McHenry, Steven Canfield of Ingleside, Danny Freeman of Texas and Eugene Freeman of California. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Arnold (Dorothy) Eklund 6f New Port Richey/Fla.; and two brothers, Ronald (Ann) of Chicago and Andrew (Gloria) of Calumet City, 111. Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the George R. Justen & Son Funeral Home; followed by funeral services at 2 p.m., in the First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Robertson Larry and Lynn Lund of Davis, m. She was preceded in death by her husband George Reiker, April 4, 1958. Visitation was held from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the George R. Justen & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services were con ducted at 11 a.m. Monday in the First United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Thomas Lowery officiating and interment in Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park HI. Memorials may be made to the church or the McHenry Township Fire and Rescue Squad. Bernice R. Traxler Bernice R. Traxler of Mc- Cullom Lake died Thursday, March 14, at Northern Illinois Medical Center, McHenry. She was 83 years old, born July 27, 1901 in Gratiot, Wis., the daughter of Jacob and Caroline (Bosch) Dorneden. Formerly of Chicago, Mrs. Traxler had been a summer resident of McCullom Lake for 20 years prior to moving there permanently 30 years ago. She was preceded in death by her husband Glen V., Feb. 11, 1985; and eight brothers and sisters. At 10:39 p.m., the rescue squad responded to the 3900 block of Main Street for a person with trouble breathing. MARCH 14 At 8:48 a.m., the rescue squad was sent to the 2500 block of Huemann Drive for a person with pneumonia. At 9:12 a.m., the rescue squad was called to East Campus for a possible overdose. At 4:31 p.m., the rescue squad went to the 5200 block of Park view for a person with trouble breathing. At9:58 p.m., the rescue squad responded to the 2000 block of Sunset for a person having a reaction to medication. At 10:37 p.m., the fire department was sent to the 3700 block of Main Street for an electrical fire. MARCH 15 At 3:53 a.m., the rescue squad went to the 2600 block of Forestwood for an unconscious persoh. At 7:19 a.m., the rescue squad went to the 1700 block of Sunset for a person with a hip injury. At 10:56 a.m., the rescue squad was sent to the 1300 block of Riverside Drive for a person having a seizure. At 8:31 p.m., the rescue squad responded to the 2400 block of Lilac Road for a person with trouble breathing. At 10:47, the rescue squad went to the 1100 block of N. River Road for a person with a fever. MARCH 17 At 4:04 p.m., the rescue squad went to the 1400 block of Eastwood for a person with trouble breathing. At 7:31 p.m., the fire department responded to a grass fire near Sunnyside and Hollywood in Lakemoor. At 7:48 p.m., the fire department was called to a field fire near Broadway and Meadowhill in Pistakee Highlands. At 9:42 p.m., the rescue squad went to the 2900 Mock of Rich mond Road for a traffic accident. MARCH 18 At9:19a.m., the rescue squad responded to the 1900 block of Orleans Drive for a person with chest pain.
