In the April 2 balloting, voters in appropriate precincts from both McHenry and Lake Counties will elect a chairman. In McHenry County, voters will elect two 2-year directors and one 4-year* director. Bruce Bossow* of Cary and Robert Sallaz of McHenry are seeking the 4-year term. In Lake County, it is just the opposite. Wayne Foss of Antioch and Howard Scott of Lake Villa are competing for the single 2- year term. QUESTIONS 1.
