•ii- InB Theology graduate Program features Bible heroes Debra Conklin, of Wonder Lake graduated with a Bible Theology major from the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago and was granted a diploma at the summer commencement exercises. Moody Bible Institute is a college-level professional school which specializes in training of pastors, missionaries, and other church related workers. Students choose from 11 dif­ ferent majors including Pastoral Studies, Christian Education, Missions, Music, and Communications. Training in each major in­ cludes studies in the un­ derstanding and use of the Bible and as part of the program students obtain hands-on ex­ perience in such areas as teaching Bible classes, hospital visitation and working with the underpri viledged. Summmertime fun for boys and girls in this community can be swimming, playing, going to camp and many other activities. Vacation Bible School workers at Chain 0'Lakes Covenant Church will be meeting for their last training session Thursday, July 25, to ensure one more opportunity for a wholesome summer activity. The school will be held Monday, July 29 through Friday August 2, from 9-11130 a.m. concluding with an Open House closing program Friday evening at 7.
