Ortiz told police she was startled by a vehicle pulling out of Manchester Mall. Two drivers involved in a collision on July 12 were ticketed by McHenry Police. Pamela Sue Burmeister, of 5425 Sherman, McHenry, was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way after her vehicle struck another car while at­ tempting a left turn at the in­ tersection of Green and Elm Streets. The driver of the other car, Robbery- Mark J. Freund, of 3604 W. Main St., McHenry, was charged with driving with a suspended license. , David E. Nank, of 1406 Lin­ coln, McHenry, was ticketed for improper lane usage after making a wide right turn and striking another auto. The driver of the other auto was Ann G.
