New design appeals to active seniors A new type of housing aimed at a "mature clientele" is planned for West Oakville only steps from the Bronte Harbor. The Catalyst Group is building four new semi-detached "loft bungalows" designed specifically to meet the lifestyle needs of the so-called "empty- nester."
