Oakville students dominate French Speaking Contéest Eight Oakville students will be representing Halton in the Ontario French Public Speaking Contest on April 30th. The 10â€"member Halton team was picked from the winners of the Halton French Public Speaking Contest on Feb. 24th at River Oaks Public School.
