SPORTSBRIEFS Members of the Arsenal, which also won the Gloucester Invitational Soccer Tournament in July, include Amy Moscatel, Jaclyn Bickerton, Jenna Seagrove, Nicole Dimou, Samantha Toker, Sarah Syer, Cara Inglese, Jyoti Sahu, Katie Carre, Heather Goodman, Ally Borcsok, Jessica Reynolds, Chelsea Punnett, Kelsey Jackson, Heather Novakowski, Anjali Langford, Shanice Savory, Hayley Mitchell and Chelsea Becker. Caroline Borcsok coaches the team, Cathy Buchanan is the team's manager and Kathy Punnett is the trainer. Referees needed for high school field hockey High schools open once again next week, followed shortly by the beginning of the high school sports fall season. The Halton Secondary School Athletic Association desperately needs more referees in order to be able to run its field hockey program. HSSAA will join the Hamilton public and separate athletic associations later this month to hold a joint field hockey referees clinic. Hart Cuomo was a key part of the Hawks squad that won silver at this year's provincial championships, returning for the all-Ontario tournament after a broken arm forced him to miss the entire box lacrosse regular season.
