Pretty, author of The Definitive Guide to Canadian Artisanal and Fine Cheeses, will be speaking about the renaissance of the cheesemaking craft in Canada. This, in turn, better prepares them to contend with life after high school. We have to accept that regardless of the workplace, communication with the opposite sex is a part of daily life. With more research supporting the merits of co-education, the debate will go on. Determining the best learning environment for your child can be challenging without definitive evidence.
